backOn March 13, 2023, the ANPD published Ordinance CD/ANPD No. 5 approving the Regulatory Results Assessment Agenda (ARR) to provide greater predictability and transparency for regulatory activity by disclosing the list of regulatory instruments that will be subject to ARR in the period during which it is in force.
The agenda determines that in the period between 2023 and 2026, the following Regulations will be subject to regulatory result assessment (ARR): (i) Regulation of the Inspection Process and the Administrative Sanctioning Process within the scope of the ANPD and (ii) the Regulation of Dosimetry and Application of Administrative Sanctions will be subject to regulatory result assessment.
