back- Equity analysis and restructuring in Brazil and abroad with a view to efficiently organizing Succession Planning
- Guidance in the preparation of income tax for those who have income and/or equity in Brazil and calculation of capital gain in transactions;
- Advising on the family’s relationship with other family business partners and advising directors, members of the Board of Directors, partners of family companies and executives of multinationals in making operational decisions, in addition to Compensation Planning, such as the analysis of the Actions and Benefits (stock options, RSUs, etc).
- Analysis and advice in the assessment of the claims of each family with regard to the characteristics of the existing heritage and the intentions as to the form of its preservation and transmission;
- Assistance in the preparation and formalization of documents necessary for the implementation of the structures, whether of a civil nature (such as wills, family agreements, institution of family property, segregation of private assets, simple, conditional donations or with protective clauses, institution of usufruct ) or Corporate (minutes of shareholders’ meetings, shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements or call or put options);
- Assistance in the preparation of a prenuptial agreement, post-nuptial agreement, contracts and deeds of stable union, cancellations and advice for validating a marriage celebrated abroad
- Judicial and extrajudicial action in family cases in general, including changing the property regime, recognition and dissolution of a stable union, divorce, alimony, review of visits, recognition of paternity, license, incapacity and interdiction; and
- Judicial and extrajudicial action in cases of inventories and divisions, advising on the death tax declaration and income tax declaration of the estate.
