Juliana Sene Ikeda is a partner at CT | Campos Thomaz & Meirelles Advogados.

Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property, technology, contracts, and life sciences, she is the author of dozens of articles in these areas, in addition to having contributed to several publications about digital law, data privacy, media, and entertainment. Juliana completed her master's degree in Intellectual Property at the Turin University, together with the World Intellectual Property Organization in 2013, in addition to having attended the London School of Economics (LSE) and the Berkeley University, in the United States. In 2022 Juliana was recognized by Análise Advocacia and Análise Advocacia Mulher as one of the most admired Brazilian lawyers in Intellectual Property and Contracts.

  • Graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC);
  • Master’s  in Intellectual Property from Turin University, together with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO);
  • Specialization in Agreements by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
