According to the team, the exposed data includes recent information and presents serious potential for large-scale exploitation. LGPD in Brazilian Courts: Growing Technical Rigor and Relevance in Judicial Decisions

The LGPD Panel in the Courts, conducted by CEDIS-IDP in partnership with Jusbrasil, reports a significant rise in references to Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in judicial rulings, jumping from 7,503 citations between October 2022 and 2023 to 15,921 in the latest year.
