Gabriela Diniz

Gabriela Diniz Caldas graduated in law by the end of 2019 from Brasília University Center (UniCEUB). Then, attended the LLM Law & Technology at Tilburg University, Netherlands, where acquired experience in technology and data protection areas while studying the general data protection regulation (GDPR) which inspired the elaboration of the Brazilian data protection regulation (LGPD – law n. 13.709/2018). In Campos Thomaz & Meirelles law firm, she works with data protection, technology, and contracts.
