On February 28, 2025, Deputy Reginaldo Lopes (PT/MG) submitted Request No. 698/2025, proposing the creation of a Special Committee to discuss Bill No. 2,338/2023, authored by Senator Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD/MG). This bill, already approved in the Senate, addresses the development, promotion, and ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence, focusing on human-centered principles.
