The Brazilian National Data Protection Agency has published Notice No. 4 of the Simplified Selective Process – PSS 1/2025, formally releasing the final results and confirming the candidates approved for the 213 available positions, as well as those placed on the reserve list. The PSS is a federal mechanism used for temporary public-interest hiring and is part of the Agency’s strategy to strengthen its institutional capacity in regulation, enforcement and promotion of a data protection culture, particularly following its transition to a regulatory agency and its new responsibilities under the Digital ECA framework.

The selection process offered 213 positions across all functional areas, covering technical, managerial and operational profiles. Employment contracts will follow the rules of Law No. 8,745/1993, with four-year terms extendable for an additional year. Successful candidates are advised to monitor ANPD’s official communication channels for guidance on the next onboarding steps.
