ANPD’s Process Governance Policy

On September 5, 2023, the ANPD published RESOLUTION CD/ANPD No. 8, which establishes the ANPD’s Process Governance Policy, setting forth the principles, guidelines, objectives, tools, structure, and responsibilities related to process governance within the Authority.

The implementation of this policy within the ANPD ensures greater security and efficiency in the Authority’s role as a supervisory and sanctioning body for companies and entities that fail to comply with data protection laws and regulations. Acess Here.
