Management and performance program within the ANPD

On April 3, 2023, the ANPD published ORDINANCE CD/ANPD No. 6 (“Ordinance”) establishing the Management and Performance Program of the National Data Protection Authority – PGD/ANPD, which establishes and regulates the performance of work in the Public Administration (i.e. ANPD) by the government officials part of the staff working at the ANPD.
