backOn September 5, 2023, the ANPD published ORDINANCE CD/ANPD No. 8 establishing the ANPD’s Process Governance Policy, setting out the principles, guidelines, objectives, instruments, structure, and responsibility relating to process governance within the ANPD.
The establishment of the process governance policy within the ANPD guarantees greater security and efficiency concerning the ANPD’s role as a supervisory and sanctioning agent for companies/entities that do not comply with personal data protection norms and regulations.
