João advises companies from various sectors, including technology, healthcare, finance, and retail, offering strategic support in data governance, compliance programs, and AI regulation. He is the author and co-author of publications on AI ethics, neuro-rights, and privacy governance.

With approximately 5 (five) years of experience in Digital Law, João is an active member of the Brazilian Association of Data Governance (ABGD) and of the Special Commission on Privacy, Data Protection, and Artificial Intelligence of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP). He has served as a guest lecturer at the Latin American Institute of Public Governance and Compliance (IGCP), delivering training programs for institutions such as SEBRAE, COFEN, and IEL.
