backOn March 13, 2023, ANPD published Resolution CD/ANPD No. 5, which approved the Regulatory Outcome Assessment Agenda (ROAA) aiming to provide greater predictability and transparency to regulatory activities by disclosing the list of regulatory instruments that will be subject to the ROAA during its validity period.
The agenda establishes that, between 2023 and 2026, the following regulations will be subject to regulatory outcome assessment (ROAA): (i) the Regulation on the Inspection Process and the Administrative Sanctioning Process within ANPD, and (ii) the Regulation on the Dosage and Application of Administrative Sanctions.
