Deadline of February 28, 2025
Companies with at least 100 employees – base date December 2024 – must submit the equal pay declaration by February 28, 2025, via the Emprega Brasil Portal. This document must contain information on actions and guidelines aimed at gender equality in the workplace.
The submission form is now available on the Portal Emprega Brasil platform. The information declared will serve as a basis for the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) to prepare the transparency report, which will be released by March 17, 2025. Companies will have until March 31, 2025 to publish the report.
