Paula Müller

Lawyer with over 18 years of experience in Competition Law and Civil and Economic Litigation, representing and providing consultancy to numerous national and international companies in various markets. Specialist in Business Law from UFGRS and Economic Law from FGV. Solid expertise in Civil Law – notably civil liability actions – and Civil Procedure, Contracts, Consumer Law, and Administrative Law, especially in competition matters before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). She has provided consultancy and advisory services in Compliance and Corporate Investigations.She led the Litigation and Arbitration Committee of the Brazilian Institute for Competition, Consumer, and International Trade Studies (IBRAC) for four years and currently serves as a counselor for this institute. Her work was recognized in 2022 and 2024 by the Ranking Análise Advocacia Mulher, conducted by Análise Editorial, as one of the most admired female lawyers in Competition Law in Brazil.
